This starter hive w/ 1 - deep hive box which includes:
- Telescoping Top (heavy duty) with aluminum cap assembled and painted
- Raised inner cover - with top vent slot cut assembled and painted
- In-Line feeder with cap and ladders
- 1- deep hive box with 10 frames - with black plastic foundation assembled (easier to see eggs on black foundation)
- Entrance Reducer - with 2 different size openings
- (Optional) Solid Bottom Board - with 3/4 and 3/8 inch opening options or Screened Bottom Board - with front access mite board
- (Optional) Hive Stand – made of 2x6 pressure treated wood
This will give you a good start. But will have to buy additional hive boxes as the hive grows. Typically one new box per month after introducing your new bees.
Note: Pre-orders for 2023 will be ready for pick up in March before you pick up your bees.
